2. Service

Bindery is a cloud-based publishing administration software with book management, inventory, event management and sales features.

3. Contract formation

By registering, the customer accepts these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing

Current pricing at bindery.hu. The trial period is free of charge.

5. Customer obligations

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Use the service lawfully, provide accurate data
• Respect third-party rights

6. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the monthly subscription fee. No liability for force majeure, customer errors, or indirect damages.

7. Termination

Cancellable at any time. Data is permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation.

8. Governing law

Hungarian law. Competent court: Pécsi Járásbíróság, Hungary.
